精神分裂症患者血清肌酸磷酸激酶活性的研究

目的 探讨精神分裂症患者血清肌酸磷酸激酶（ＣＰＲ）活性及二者之间关系。方法 对８０例精神分裂症患者进行血清ＣＰＫ测定,与３０例正常人进行对照。结果 精神分裂症偏执型兴奋组、表春型组发病期血清ＣＰＫ活性比正常组显著增高（Ｐ〈０．０１,０．００１）,经治疗痊愈后显著下降（Ｐ〈０．０５,０．０１）。而偏执型非兴奋组、单纯型组发病期血清ＣＰＫ活性与正常组比较无显著性差异,痊愈后也无明显改变（Ｐ〉０．０５）

A pilot study of serum creatine phosphokinase levels in schizophrenics

The goal of this study was to explore the relationship between serum creatine phosphokinase levels and schizophrenics. Methods Serum creatine phosphokinase levels were measured in 80schizophrenics and 30 controls. Results It was found that the levels were significantly higher in sickphase of the exciting paranoid type group and the hebephrenic type group than those in controls(P<0.01 10. 001). After treatment, the levels were decreased markedly(P<0. 05, 0. 01 ). While no significantdifference among the unexciting paranoid type group, simple type group, and normal subjects were encountered. After treatment, the change of the levels was not clear also(P>0. 05). Conclusion Theserum creatine phosphokinase levels enhance significantly in schizophrenics who show the state of excitement. The paper also discussed the relationship between them.
