酚磺乙胺致过敏性休克13例文献分析

目的探讨酚磺乙胺引起过敏性休克的特点和转归,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法利用＂中文期刊全文数据库＂、＂中文科技期刊全文数据库＂和＂万方数据医药信息镜像系统＂,对1994～2007年9月国内医药学期刊发表的文献进行全面检索,检索到酚磺乙胺致过敏性休克病案13例,对病例的资料进行整理、统计与归纳。结果男性8例（61.5%）,女性5例（38.5%）;均为常规剂量静脉滴注、静脉注射或肌肉注射;过敏反应多发生在用药后5min以内（58.3%）;13例患者经抢救治疗后全部恢复。结论通过本文文献分析,为酚磺乙胺用药安全提供参考。

Literature analysis of ethamsylate-induced anaphylactic shock in 13 cases

Objective To discuss the characteristics and outcome of ethamsylate-induced anaphylactic shock,and provide reference for clinical safe drug use.
