| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆囊癌的CT诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的20例资料完整的胆囊癌病例。结果 20例胆囊癌中,软组织肿块型12例,胆囊壁增厚型6例,腔内结节型2例,肝脏受侵9例,肝内转移3例,淋巴结转移8例,肝内外胆管扩张6例,腹水4例,14例合并胆囊炎、胆囊结石。结论 CT扫描对胆囊癌的诊断及鉴别诊断有很大的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the CT diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Twenty cases of galbladder carcinoma with complete materials confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 20 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, 12 cases showed soft tissue mass type,6 gallbladder wall thickening type,2 intracavity node type,9 liver invasion type,3 intrahepatic metastasis type, 8 lymph node metastasis type,6 intrahepatic and extrahepatic cbolangiectasis type,4 ascites type and 14 cases complicated with cholecystitis and gallstone. Conclusion CT scanning has a great value in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma. |
