| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声扫查的同时加用直肠水囊法较单纯应用经腹或经阴道超声在诊断女性子宫后方包块上的优势。方法经腹或（和）经阴道超声扫查的同时,在直肠中加用水囊,使子宫、双卵巢及盆腔包块的形态、结构及其与周围组织的毗邻关系显示得更加清晰。结果63例最后经病理确诊的子宫后方包块患者,经腹超声诊断符合率71.43%（45/63）,经阴道超声诊断符合率85.71%（54/63）,加用直肠水囊后诊断符合率96.83%（61/63）。故在超声诊断女性子宫后方包块方面,后者明显优于前两者（P〈0.05）。结论超声显像加用直肠水囊法对女性子宫后方包块的诊断和鉴别诊断方面明显优于单纯应用超声显像者,具有较高的临床价值。
