综合物理疗法治疗270例腰椎间盘突出症

目的　观察物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法　对 2 70例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用配对的方法随机分成单纯治疗组和综合治疗组　结果　综合治疗组痊愈、显效率为 77 0 4%,总有效率为 96 3 %;而单纯治疗组痊愈、显效率和总有效率分别为 5 3 3 3 %和 91 85 %。综合组痊愈、治疗率和总有效率均高于单纯组 ;经统计学处理P <0 0 1,差异有非常显著性。治疗效果与患者的年龄及病程有关 ,患者年龄愈小、病程愈短治疗效果愈好。结论　综合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效高于单纯疗法

Syntheses physiotherapy treatment 270 examples prolapse of lumbar interverte bral disc protrusion

Purpose To observe effect on physiotherapy cures prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 270 examples prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc sufferers adopt mating means random fallen into simplicity treatment group and syntheses treatment group Results Recovery and efficiency rate on complex treatment group for 77 04%,there was total efficiency for 96 3%;Whereas simplicity treatment group recovery and efficiency rate was 53 33%and toal was 91 85%. Syntheses group recovery ,efficiency and rate total efficiency rate was higher than simplicity group .The difference was extraordinary prominence by statistical treatment p<0 01.Treatment effect was relates to age and course of patients Conclusion Curative effect on syntheses physiotherapy treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc was higher than simplicity
