家兔还原型谷胱甘肽含量的性别和组织器官差异

摘    要:目的:了解还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量在不同性别和不同脏器中的差异。方法:测定不同性别家兔的肝、心肌、脑及肾组织匀浆中的GSH含量。结果:还原型谷胱甘肽在脑组织中含量最高,肝组织中最低;雌性家兔脑组织、心肌组织中的GSH含量明显高于雄性家兔。结论:GSH含量具有性别和组织器官差异。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the differences of GSH contents in various tissues of rabbits of both sexes. Methods: GSH was determined in the liver,heart,brain and kidney of rabbits of both sexes. Results: GSH contents were higher in brain and lower in liver; GSH contents in liver and heart of male rabbits were lower than those of females. Conclusion: There are significant differences of GSH levels in different tissues and in different sexes of rabbits
