| 摘 要： | 目的 比较诺和锐30与诺和灵30R在治疗2型糖尿病患者中效果.方法 选取住院2型糖尿病病人60例,测定BMI、HbA1c等指标.病人随机分为两组,一组通过诺和锐30治疗,另一组通过诺和灵30R治疗,12周后再次测定BMI、HbA1c等指标,并应用动态血糖检测患者血糖波动情况.结果 与诺和灵30R组比较,诺和锐30组FBG、PBG、HbA1c明显下降,低血糖次数减少,血糖波动小.两组间BMI无差异.结论 诺和锐30能够更好地控制血糖,并具有更高的安全性.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of novmix 30 and novolin 30R in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method 60 patients were measured body mass index and HbAlc,then patients were divided into two groups and treated by novmix 30 and novolin 30R for 12 weeks respectively.At the end of 12-week treatment, patients＇ body mass index,HbAlc,fasting glucose,postprandial glucose and glucose excursion were detected. Result Compared with the novolin 30R group,the novmix 30 group had lower fasting glucose,postprandial glucose and HbAlc,less hypoglycemia and glucose excursion.Body mass index had no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Novmix 30 could control glucose better and be more safe. |
