高血压病人血液流变性变化的相关性分析

目的 了解高血压患者血液流变学指标的异常改变,为临床预防及治疗提供信息和依据.方法 对87例高血压患者进行血液流变学指标值的测试,并与83名无高血压病史的健康体检者进行对比.结果 高血压患者血液流变学指标值与健康对照组有显著差别,男性患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原均明显高于健康对照组（P ＜0.01）;女性患者血浆黏度、全血还原黏度、纤维蛋白原、血沉均明显高于健康对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 高血压患者血液流变学指标有明显的异常,男性以血液黏稠度增高为主,女性则以血液聚集性增高为主,男女均存在明显的血流障碍.

Analysis of Hemorheological Changes in Hypertension Disease

Objective To analyse hemorheological changes in hypertension disease to supply evidence for prevention and treatment.Methods Examination of hemorheologieal index of 87 cases of hypertension disease and 83 cases without hyperension after examination were checkup.Results There is a significant difference in hemorheological index between the hypertension patients and healthy persons.The blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood reduced viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen of male patients is higher than that of controls,where.as plasma viscosity, blood reduced viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrinogen of female patients is higher that of controls.Conclusion There is significant alteration of hemorheological index in the hypertension disease patients.Viscosity index of blood plays key role in hypertension in man and conglomeration index in woman.
