全数字乳腺X线摄影质量控制

摘    要:目的:通过对乳腺摄影图像质量的分析总结,规范操作方法,优化图像质量.方法:分析1 607例受辁者全数字化乳腺摄影常规和附加体位影像的图像质量,并对投照技术要点进行相关总结分析.结果:1 607例受检者中,甲级片占95.83%,非甲级片占4.17%.非甲级片大部分重拍可改正,32例病变通过胸壁和腋下附加体位得以弥补.结论:优化体位设计,必要时附加体位,可提供高质量的图像,提高乳腺疾病诊断的准确性,降低漏诊率.

Abstract:Objective To improve the operating process and image quality for mammary grand photography.Methods The image quality for digital mammary gland X-ray photography with conventional and additional positions of 1 607 patients was analyzed,and the key issues of projection technology were summarized.Results The rate for Grade A film was 95.83%,and nearly all the remained ones could be corrected by re-photographing.There were 32 lesion photographs corrected by additional positions of chest wall and armpit.Conclusion Optimized position design and additional position can enhance the image quality and thus reduce the rate for missed diagnosis of mammary gland diseases.
