| Abstract: | The chiral tert-butylsulfenamide is a new type of pharmaceutical intermediate developed in recent years. It has also become the key chiral source in the synthesis of the chiral amine drugs and their intermediates. The related research on the chiral tert-butylsulfenamide has been extensively concerned by the scientists. The preparation methods of chiral tert-butylsulfenamide and its applications in the pharma- ceutical synthesis have been reviewed in this paper. |
