新型野战便携式医用洗手装置的研制

目的：针对现有装备存在的缺陷,根据野战医疗救护实际工作的需要,研制一套新型野战便携式医用洗手装置.方法：采用防水帆布辅以薄壁高强度不锈钢管骨架制作水槽,配置红外触发单稳式电磁阀水龙头、红外触发脉冲式洗涤剂和消毒剂贮槽,安装快速接头进排水管,用防水帆布制作废水贮囊.结果：新型野战便携式医用洗手装置可折叠,易收拢,质量小,方便贮运携行;清洗用水和洗涤与消毒剂开关无需触碰,可防止交叉污染;具有快速给排水管接头,拆卸简单快捷.结论：该洗手装置获得国家实用新型专利授权,多次在演习或训练中试用,得到广泛好评.

Development of New Type Portable Medical Hand-washing Equipment in Field

Objective To develop a novel portable medical hand-washing equipment in the field to conquer the defects of the existing equipment and meet the field medical treatment requirements. Methods Waterproof canvas supported by thin-wall tank made of high-strength stainless steel tube skeleton was adopted, and infra-red triggered single-stabile electromagnetic valve tap, infra-red trigger-type detergent and disinfectant tank were equipped. The quick connector was installed with the drains, and waterproof storage bag canvas was used as waste water tank. ~ The new field portable medical hand- washing equipment was foldable, easy to undeploy, light and convenient to store. The switch of cleaning water and disinfectant tank was free of touch to avoid cross infection. The joints for rapid water supply and sewerage pipeline were equipped for easy disassembly. ~ The new field portable medical hand-washing equipment has already obtained the authorization of national practical new-type patent, and has been on trial in several field exercises or trainings and gained wide acclaim.
