| 摘 要： | 目的 总结背驮式原位肝移植的手术经验。方法 回顾分析2例同种异体背驮式原位全肝移植手术的临床资料。结果 手术时间6 .5h、7h ,无肝期90min、6 5min ,术中出血15 0 0ml、35 0 0ml,1例恢复顺利,1例并发肾功能不全、胆漏。结论 背驮式肝移植操作程序简化,手术成功率高。术后并发症的处理是肝移植手术成功的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To obtain the clinical experience from the surgery of piggy-back orthotopic liver transplantation (PBOLT). Methods The clinical date of 2 patients with PBOLT were examined in a retrospective study. Results The duration of operation time ranged from 6.5 hours and 7 hours respectively. In the course of operation, the liver was isolated from the body for a period of 90 minutes and 65 minutes with blood loss of from 1500 ml and 3500 ml respectively. One case pulled through the crisis and the other complicated with kidney function failure and leaking gall. Conclusion The procedure of PBOLT has a character of simplification and can make a good result in operation. However, it is essential to prevent complication. |
