| 摘 要： | 目的:为陈旧性腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)寻找较好的治疗方法和研究治疗机理.方法:LDH患者100例采取推拿“六法”加硬膜外给药的非手术治疗,分析近、远期治疗结果和血液生化指标及磁共振成像(MRI)的变化.结果:近期治愈率为88例(占 88.0%),有效率为95.0%;远期治愈率为22例(占73.3%),总有效率为86.6%;疗后外周血5-羟色胺(5-HT)明显降低,去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量也有下降,远期观察突出的椎间盘有不同程度缩小.结论:本法对LDH具有较好的治疗效果. |

| Abstract: | ve: To look for a belter treatment of old prolapse of lumbar interverte-bral disc and study the mechanimsm of treatment. Method: The six methods of naprapathy plus peridural medication were used and the near future and remote curative effects and the changesof blood biochemic indexes and MRI were analyzed. Result: The near future curative ratio was 88.0 % and the near future effective ratio was 95.0 % ; the remote curative ratio was 73.3 % and the remote effective ratio was 86.6 % .The level of serum 5-HT decreased obviously and the amount of NE decreased a little ; the prolapse lumbar dwindled in some degree. Conclusion: This method takes on a better curative effect on old prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. |
