| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Lumican基因的表达与结直肠癌发生、发展之间的关系。方法应用RT- PCR方法检测49例结直肠癌组织及其癌旁正常黏膜上皮组织内Lumican mRNA的表达水平,并进行统计学分析。结果RT-PCR结果表明结直肠癌组织中Lumican mRNA均呈阳性表达,癌旁正常黏膜上皮组织内Lumican mRNA的表达显著低于癌组织(P<0.01)。Lumican mRNA的表达水平与患者的性别、年龄、组织病理分型、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期无关。结论结直肠癌组织中Lumican mRNA的表达增强提示Lumican mRNA在结直肠癌组织中的高表达对结直肠癌的发生发展可能起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the relationship between the expression of Lumican and the tumorigenesis and development of colorectal cancer.Methods The expression of Lumican mRNA was examined by RT-PCR in 49 pairs of human colorectal cancer tissues and normal epithelial ones.And then the staststical analysis was carried out.Results The positive expression of Lumican mRNA was found in all the cancer samples,while the expression of Lumican mRNA is much lower in corresponding normal epithelial tissues than in cancer one... |
