| 摘 要： | 目的：了解维持性血液透析患者的睡眠质量,分析睡眠质量与生存质量的关系。方法：采用便利抽样的方法,使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）、简明健康调查问卷（SF-36）及一般情况调查表、对我院等七家医院血液透析患者进行调查与分析。结果：有93.2%的患者PSQI总分≥5分,患者在各方面的生存质量较低,睡眠质量各因子得分与生存质量各因子得分均呈负相关,即PSQI得分越低,生存质量越高。结论：维持性透析患者的睡眠质量较差,睡眠质量影响生活质量,提高他们的睡眠质量对治疗和生存都有极为重要的意义。 |
