涤痰祛瘀汤对小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用及其机制探讨

目的：研究涤痰祛瘀汤对不鼠肿瘤的抑制作用及作用机制，方法：建立小鼠移植性肉瘤（S180）及小鼠艾氏腹水癌（EAC）模型，观察抑率和生命延长率，并用流式细胞仪检测S180瘤细胞周期及细胞凋亡率。结果：涤痰祛瘀汤在5g和10g/kg剂量下灌胃给药，能显著抑制小鼠S180实体的生长，也能延长EAC小鼠的生存时间，还可引起小鼠S180瘤细胞S期及C2－M期细胞减少，G0－G1期细胞及凋亡细胞增加，结论：涤痰祛瘀汤对小鼠移植性肿瘤具有抑制作用，其机制可能与抑制细胞周期中S期DNA合成，干扰细胞的分裂增速度及诱导癌细胞凋亡有关。

Inhibiting Effect and Mechanism of Ditanquyu Decoction on Mouse Tumors

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the inhibiting effect and the mechanism of Ditanquyu Decoction on mouse tumors. METHOD Mouse transplatation S180 and EAC models were produced and the tumor-inhibiting rate and life-prolonging rate were observed. Flow cytometer was used to determine S 180 cycle and cell apoptosis rate. RESULT With the dosages of 5 g. and 10 g/kg, Ditanquyu Decoction can markedly inhibit the growth of S 180 , prolong the survival time of EAC mice, reduce the count of S 180 cells during S phase and G 2-M phase, and increase the count of cells and apoptotic cells. CONCLUSION Ditanquyu Decoction has inhibiting effect on mouse transplantation tumor, and its mechanism is probably related to the synthesis of DNA during S phase, the interference with the speed of cell decomposition and hyperplasia, and the inducement of the apoptosis of cancerous cells.
