| 摘 要： | 目的：评价选择性子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）联合中药自拟消癥汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效.材料与方法：经超声或CT或MR确诊子宫肌瘤68例随机分为治疗组34例,经UAE联合中药自拟消癥汤治疗;对照组34例,单纯采用UAE治疗.结果：治疗组在减少月经量、缩短月经期、增加血红蛋白、减少子宫肌瘤平均体积上明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：UAE联合中药自拟消癥汤治疗子宫肌瘤,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Purpose： to evaluate the selective uterine artery embolization （UAE） in combination with traditional Chinese medicine from disease elimination soup clinical curative effect for the treatment of uterine fibroids. Materials and Methods： by ultrasound or CT or MR diagnosis of uterine fibroids, 68 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （34 cases, the UAE combined traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） therapy soup disease since the proposed elimination; The control group, 34 cases with UAE therapy alone. Results： treatment group in reducing menstrual quantity, shorten the menstrual period, increase hemoglobin, reduce uterine fibroids on average volume is better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： UAE combined traditional Chinese medicine from disease soup treatment of uterine fibroids, curative effect, worth clinical application. |
