| 摘 要： | 目的探讨T管引流在慢性硬膜下血肿手术治疗的应用。方法对我科2002～2008年的72例的慢性硬膜下血肿行T管引流的患者资料进行回顾性分析。其中54例行单侧钻孔,18例行双侧钻孔。结果69例治愈,2例恢复不良,1例死亡（肺部感染）。结论正确,合理的引流方法,血肿腔的处理,气颅的预防能明显的提高慢性硬膜下血肿手术疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the T-tube drainage of chronic subdural hematoma in the surgical treatment of the application. Methods For our department,2002 - 2008 72 cases of chronic subdural hematoma line of T-tube drainage were analyzed retrospectively. 54 cases of unilateral trip which drilling, 18,both routine drill. Results 69 tients cured,2 cases of had recovery, 1 deaths （lung infection）. Conclusion The correct and reasonable method of drainage, hematoma cavity treatment, prevention pneumocephalus significantly improve the curative effect of chronic subdural hematoma surgery. |
