癃闭康对实验性大鼠前列腺增生组织bax/bcl-表达的影响

摘    要:【目的】观察实验性大鼠前列腺组织bax/bcl-2的表达及癃闭康对其的影响。【方法】雄性sD大鼠,随机分为对照组、模型组、前列康组、癃闭康低、中、高不同剂量组。去势加丙酸睾丸酮注射法复制前列腺增生模型,干预后观察前列腺湿重、前列腺指数、bax/bel-2的表达及病理变化。【结果】bax在对照组大鼠前列腺组织中表达呈强阳性,在模型组表达呈弱阳性;各治疗组bax表达均强于模型组;bcl-2蛋白在对照组大鼠前列腺组织中表达呈弱阳性,在模型组表达呈阳性,各治疗组bd-2蛋白均为弱阳性表达;光镜下组织结构接近对照组。【结论】癃闭康可能通过调节bax/bd-2的表达促进前列腺增生的上皮细胞凋亡而抑制前列腺组织增生。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the effection of LongBiKang on expression of bax/bol - 2 in prostate tissues of the rats with benign prostatic hyperplasia. [Methods] Male SD rats were grouped in control group model group QianLieLang group LongBiKang low-dose group LongBiKang middle - dose group and LongBiKang high-dose group. Rats were removal both of didymus and injected testosterone propionate to make model of rat benign prostatic hyperplasia. And then prostate humid weigh prostate index number bax/bcl-2 and pathological organization were observed. [Results] The bax protein expresses: prostate gland organization assumes the strong masculine gender in control group, assumes the weak masculine gender in mode] group. Each treatment group' s bax protein expression is stronger than the model group. The bol-2 pro- tein expresses prostate organization assumes the weak masculine gender in control group, but expresses assumes the mascu- line gender in the model group. Each treatment group' s bc]-2 protein for weak masculine expression.under the light mi- crohraph, the pathological organization in LongBiKang high-dose group get close to control group. [Conclusions] Long- BiKang can regulate the expression of bax/bel-2 to suppress BPH.
