| 摘 要： | 目的 研究中药豨莶草提取物对人宫颈癌细胞HeLa的体外抑制效应. 方法 培养人宫颈癌HeLa细胞,体外加入不同浓度的豨莶草提取物,MTT法观察其对细胞增殖的影响. 结果 豨莶草的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位对HeLa细胞有较强的体外增殖抑制作用. 结论 豨莶草对He1a细胞有较强的体外抑制效应.

| Abstract: | Objective To study cylostatic action of Siegesbeckia orientalis L.on human cervix cancer HeLa cell.Methods HeLa cells were treated with S.orientalis extracts at different concentrations.The growth inhibition was analyzed by MTT assay.Results The ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts of S.orientalis remarkably inhibited the growth of HeLa cells.Conclusion S.orientalis can inhibit human cervix cancer HeLa cells in vitro. |
