| 摘 要： | 目的:观察经硬膜外腔椎管外侧角注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:借助腰椎X线平片定位,对201例腰椎间盘突出症患者,经小关节内缘行硬膜外腔穿刺,注射胶原酶治疗。结果:随访2～18个月,平均10个月,本组近期优良率81％。结论:经硬膜外腔椎管外侧角注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症方法简单,易于掌握,疗效确切,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc(PLID) with collagenase injection through lateral angles of canalis vertbralis.Methods: Locating by lumbar vertebrae X-ray,201 patients with PLID received collagenase injection through lateral angles of canalis vertbralis into epidural cavity. Results: With a follow-up survey for 2 to 18 months ( average 10 months), the effective rate was mare than 81 % . Conclusion: Collagenase injection through lateral angles of canalis ver-tebralis is a good method to treat PLID.It has advantages as simple,easy to handle, effective, and was available to spread in clinics. |
