炎琥宁联合蓝芩口服液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效观察

目的 探讨炎琥宁联合蓝芩口服液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床治疗效果。方法 选取该院2010年7月-2011年9月收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿80例，按照随机对照原则分为实验组（n=40）和对照组（n=40），治疗组静脉滴注炎琥宁10 mg/（kg· d），并加服蓝芩口服液5～10 mL/次,2～3次/d,5 d 为1个疗程，对照组静脉滴注病毒唑10 mg/（kg·d），疗程为5 d，并根据临床症状给与相应对症治疗，观察比较疱疹消失时间和综合临床疗效。结果 实验组的总有效率为95.0%，对照组为80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），并且实验组在改善临床症状方面有明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 炎琥宁联合蓝芩口服液在治疗疱疹性咽峡炎方面疗效好、病程短，优于使用病毒唑治疗的方式，值得临床推广。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Yanhuning Combined with Lanqin Liq-uid in the Treatment of Herpangina in Children

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with Lanqin Liquid in the treatment of herpangina in children. Methods 80 children suffering from herpangina admitted in our hospital from July, 2010 to September, 2011 were selected and divided into 2 groups, experimental group（n=40） and control group（n=40） according to the stochastic control principle. The treatment group were treated with intravenous infusion of Yanhuning 10mg/（kgod）combined with Lanqin Liquid, 5～10 mL per time, twice or three times a day, 5d was a course of treatment, while the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of Ribavirin 10mg/（kgod）for 5d, a course of treatment, and both groups were given the symptomatic treatment according to the patients＇ clinical condition. The bleb disappearing time and comprehensive clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%, and that of the control group was 80.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and in the aspect of improving clinical symptoms, the experimental group was far superior to the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The effect of Yanhuning combined with Lanqin Liquid in the treatment of herpangia in children is better, the course of disease is shorter compared with the treatment of Ribavirin, and it is worthy of clinical application.
