快速康复外科理念应用于胃癌患者围手术期护理的效果探讨

目的：探讨胃癌患者围手术期护理中采用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法随机将80例胃癌手术患者均分为研究组与对照组，各自40例，其中对照组围手术期给予常规护理，研究组则加用快速康复外科理念护理，对比分析两组患者临床效果。结果研究组患者在术后住院时间（10.25±0.75）d、伤口愈合时间（10.06±0.45）d及满意度（95.00%）等方面明显优于对照组[（14.56±1.65）d、（20.45±0.66）d、82.50%]，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论对于胃癌手术患者围手术期结合快速康复外科理念护理，可明显提高护理效果，促进术后恢复，并提高护理满意度，值得借鉴。

Observation on the Effect of Fast Track Surgery Concept Applied to the Nursing of Patients with Gastric Cancer During the Periopeative Period

Objective To investigate the effect of fast track surgery concept applied to the nursing of patients with gastric cancer during the periopeative period. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing during the perioperative peri-od, and the study group was given fast track surgery nursing, the clinical effect of these two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The postoperative hospitalization time of the study group was （10.25±0.75d）, wound healing time was （10.06±0.45d）, and satisfaction was （95%）, which was significantly better than the control group＇s （14.56±1.65d,20.45±0.66d,82.50%）, respectively, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Fast track surgery nursing for patients with gas-tric cancer during the perioperative period can significantly improve the nursing effect, promote the postoperative recovery, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of reference.
