胸大肌肌皮瓣在头颈部缺损的应用

目的：采用胸大肌肌皮瓣对头颈部缺损患者予以修复性治疗，并观察其临床应用效果。方法对该院自2008年6月-2013年6月收治的56例病患资料进行分析，其中观察组采用胸大肌肌皮瓣，对照组采用股前侧皮瓣，比较两组患者头颈部缺损修复效果。结果比较两组患者的修复效果，术后感染率观察组为17.8％，对照组为42.86％，其中观察组术后并发症控制效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胸大肌肌皮瓣取材简易，因为有数量较多的皮肤以及组织可供取材，因此对于较大面积的组织缺损均能够修复，提高组织存活率，降低血供不足的发生率，其在头颈部缺损中起着十分重要的作用与意义。

Application of Pectoralis Major Myocutaneous Flap in Head and Neck De-fects

Objective The reparative therapy of the pectoralis major myocutaneous flap is applied to the treatment of patients with head and neck defect, and the clinical application effect is observed. Methods The data of 56 cases of patients admitted in our hospital from June, 2008 to June, 2013 were analyzed. The observation group used pectoralis major myocutaneous flap, while the control group used femoral ventral flap, for the treatment of head and neck defect. And the reparative effect of head and neck de-fect of two groups was compared. Results Comparing the reparative effect of the two groups, the postoperative infection rate of the observation group was 17.8%, while that of the control group was 42.86%, the effect of controlling postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap is easier to take for there is a large number of skin and tissue can be drawn, so it can be used to repair the large area of tissue defect, improve the tissue survival rate, reduce the incidence of insufficient blood supply, which has very important role and significance in repairing head and neck defects.
