| 摘 要： | １９９０年１０月～１１月，在天祝藏族自治县的三个乡进行了包虫病的血清流行病学调查，共查１９３７人，阳性者６１人，感染率为３．１５％，带包囊者３５人，患病率为１．８１％。土族感染率最高，为５．６％。１０岁以下儿童感染率为０．９５％，随年龄增长，感染率逐渐升高，４１～５０岁最高，达１０．７９％，患病率为７．１９％。调查中发现２例病人，三项化检验查均为阴性，占５．７１％。 |

| Abstract: | A Epidemiological investigation of human hydatidosis was carried out in three townships of Tianzhu county from October to November, 1990. Of examined 1937,61 Persons were infected by Echinococcus with infection rate 3. 15 percent. 35 persons were suffering from hydatidoma with the prevalence rate 1. 81 percent. the infection rate of Tu nationality was the highes with 5. 6 percent. The infection rate of children under 10 yeans old was 0. 95 percent. The infection and prevalence rates increased with fhe age,the peak in 41 - 50 age group,former 10. 79 percent and latter 7. 19 percent ,respectiely. two cases witn hybatidoma were negative by Casoni test and serological experiment accounting for 5. 71 percent. |
