钡糊与钡液法排粪造影自身对比研究

目的：客观地比较和评价钡糊法与钡液法排粪造影，以便为功能性出口梗阻的检查选择更为适宜的排粪造影方法。材料与方法：对２５例便秘者均于检查当日进行钡液法与钡糊法排粪造影自身对比。结果：直肠平均内径钡糊法比钡液法大１．１５ｃｍ；直肠平均容积钡糊法为钡液法的２．２倍；发现异常的２４例中钡糊法均显示出口处理梗阻引起的钡剂梗塞或嵌塞，钡液法仅３例有少量钡剂滞留；排粪（空）时间钡糊法平均每例９ｓ，钡液法为２．５

THE SELF-COMPARATIVE STUDY OF DEFECOGRAPHT WITH THICKENED BARIUM AND BARIUM SUSPENSION

Purpose: To select the better method of defecography for the examination of functional obstruction at outlet, the methods with thickened barium and barium suspension were compared and evaluated objectively. Materials and methods : The self-comparation of defecography with barium suspension and thickened barium were performed on the same day of examination in 25 cases of constipation. Results: The average rectal internal diameter with thickened barium was 1.15 cm larger than that with barium suspension. The average rectal volume with thickened barium was 2. 2 times as large as with barium suspension. In 24 detected abnormal cases, the blocking and inlaying of barium resulted from the obstruction at the outlet were all revealed by the defecography with thickened barium and little barium remained in only 3 cases with the barium suspension. The average time of defecating with thickened barium were 9s, and with barium suspension were 2. 5s. The capability of revealing the cause resulted in obstruction at outlet were better in 14 cases by thickened barium and better in 6 cases by barium suspension. Conclusion; For the functional obstruction at outlet, the defecography with thickened barium was better. The revealed quality for some anomalies can be improved by the little concentrated barium suspension were injected first before the thickened barium.
