摘    要:目的建立基于闪式提取的藏药蕨麻中总酚酸含量快速测定方法。方法采用闪式提取器提取,分光光度法测定其含量。结果闪式提取法所得蕨麻中总酚酸含量高于回流提取法与超声提取法所得总酚酸含量,藏药蕨麻中总酚酸含量为0.38%。结论该方法简便可行,可操作性强,灵敏度高,为藏药蕨麻中有效部位的进一步开发及质量控制提供了新的技术手段和科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish a rapid determination method medicine Potentilla anserine L. by flash-type extract. Methods for the the content ol total phenolic aClClS in 1 IDetan Total phenolic acids were extracted by flash-type, concentrated by flash device, purified by macroporous and determinated by UV spectrophotometry. Results The content determination of total phenolic acids in Potentilla anserine L. by flash-type extract was better than that of refluxing method and ultrasonic extraction, and the active components content of total phenolic acid in Potentilla anserine L.was 0. 38%. Conclusion This method is valid, practicable and reliable for the research and development and quality control of Potentilla anserine L.
