中医药治疗酒精性和非酒精性脂肪肝的重要靶位——肠道

摘要根据近年来所揭示的酒精与非酒精性脂肪肝的发病机制中“肠-肝”对话的病理途径，在系统阐述脂肪肝与肠道通透性、肠源性内毒素、肠道菌群关系基础上，结合作者对中药治疗脂肪肝与对肠道作用关系的研究进展，提出以肠道为靶位的脂肪肝中医药治疗研究，不仅是中医药临床治疗实践的现代诠释，更重要的是有可能成为脂肪肝治疗的一种重要视角和策略。
