| 摘 要： | 目的探讨直肠癌保肛手术后吻合口漏的防治方法。方法回顾性分析2005年6月至2010年6月中国中医科学院广安门医院肛肠科直肠癌保肛手术137例发生的吻合口漏6例的防治临床资料。结果术后发生吻合口漏6例，吻合口漏的发生率4．37％，均经保守治疗痊愈。结论直肠癌保肛术后吻合口漏发病因素复杂，充分肠道准备、积极治疗原发病等可一定程度上预防其发生，抗感染、冲洗引流及TPN等保守治疗是其主要治疗手段。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevention and cure of postoperation stomal leak of rectal cancer.Methods:Analysing the stomal leak cases of the department of proctology Guanganmen hospital affiliated to China academy of Chinese medical sciences in 5 years and pertinent literatures.Results:We performed 137 anterior resections of rectal cancer(112 patients used anastomats) in 5 years,6 peoples underwent stomal leak(4.37%).All the leakages were cured.Conclusion:The cause of postoperation stomal leak of rectal cancer is complicated.Methods of prevention are good bowel preparation,treatment of complicating disease,no-tension anastomosis.The main methods are conservative therapies include anti-infection,douching and drainage,TPN. |
