流浪精神病人中物质滥用患者的临床特征分析

目的：通过探讨武汉市精神卫生中心流浪精神病人中物质滥用患者的临床特征和现状，为更好地救治病人提供指导，为政府管理部门提供决策依据。方法：收集2010年1月至2012年3月由110民警送人院的179例流浪精神病人的基本信息，进行统计分析。结果：在流浪精神病人中，物质滥用患者占11．2％，仅次于精神分裂症，以男性、21—50a之间的中青年为主；患者文化水平低，初中及以下文化程度患者占95％；酒精滥用及毒品滥用各占50％，其中毒品滥用患者以新型毒品滥用为主，且都是来源于武汉市内，以城市无业人员或个体业者为主；酒精滥用患者来源于湖北省其他地区及外省，多为来武汉打工的农民工。结论：流浪精神病人中物质滥用患者具有一定的临床特征，对社会及其自身的危害较大，应加强综合治疗，加强家庭监护和社会支持。

CLINICAL FEATURES OF SUBSTANCE ABUSING PATIENTS AMONG VAGRANT PATIENTS WITH MENTAL DISORDERS

Objective：To explore the clinical features and current situation of substance abusing patients among vagrant patients with mental disorders in Wuhan Mental Health Center,in order to provide guidance for better medical treatment of patients, to provide basis for decision making of government departments. Methods ：Basic information of 179 cases were collected sent to admission by 110 police, from 2010 January to 2012 March, and statistical analysis was performed. Resuts. ：In the vagrant mental patients, substance abused patients accounted for 11.2%, second only to schizophrenia, and are mainly male, middle -aged and young people between 21 -50 years; patients had low cultural level, patients with junior middle school education and lower culture degree accounted for 95% ; drug abused patients were mainly new type drug abusers,and they were derived from Wuhan, and mainly are the unemployed or individual businessmen. Alcohol abused patients were derived from other regions of Hubei Province and other provinces, and mostly were migrant workers who worked in Wuhan. The substance abusing patients among vagrant patients with mental disorders have certain clinical features, and do harm to the society and themselves greatly. It is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive treatment and strengthen family care and social support.
