建平地区乡村医生现状调查分析

通过对建平地区145名乡村医生的调查分析,结果显示男女性别比例为1.9:1,年龄主要分布在20～30岁(占39.17%),初中级以上文化程度占97.32%,累计脱产学习时间短(不足1年占65.46%)、次数多(超过2次者占71.43%),63.11%的乡村医生是在医院接受培训。乡村医生整体状况较以前有明显改善,但存在缺乏系统化、正规化医学教育的不足,卫生行政部门应加强对乡村医生实施系统化、正规化的中等医学学历教育,提高乡村医生的整体素质,保证我国广大农民的健康。

The overall state of rural doctors than in the past there have been noticeable improvements, but there is a lack of systematic, the lack of standardization of medical education, health administrative departments should strengthen the implementation of rural doctors on the systematic and formalized education of secondary medical education and improve the overall quality of rural doctors, to ensure the health of the broad masses of peasants in China.
