| 摘 要： | 目的:评价全直肠系膜切除(total mesorectal excision,TME)联合国产双吻合器在低位直肠癌中的手术效果.方法:回顾性分析142例采用TME、双吻合器行低位直肠癌前切除术患者临床资料.结果:术后发生吻合口漏4例(2.8%),吻合口狭窄5例(3.5%) .术后随访1～5年,局部复发9例(6.3%).结论:低位直肠癌TME能降低局部复发,而双吻合器的应用能提高低位直肠癌的保肛率.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluated the values of both the total mesorectal excision(TME) and the double stapling technique(DST) in low rectal carcinoma.Methods: TME with DST was used in 142 patients with low rectal carcinoma,and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The anastomotic leakage occurred in 4 patients,and anastomotic stricture occurred in 5 cases in this group.All patients were followed-up for 1 to 5 years,local recurrence occurred in 9 cases. Conclusion: TME can decrease the rates of local recurrence in low rectal carcinoma,and the double stapling techniquecan increased the probability of anus reservation. |
