| 摘 要： | 本文分析了５１例弱智儿童和１０１例正常儿童血清６项神经生化指标，并与他们的智商水平作了相关性研究。结果表明：弱智组血清ＮＥ、ＤＡ、５－ＨＴ、５－ＨＩＡＡ含量及ＣｈＥ活力均非常显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＨＡ含量显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；５－ＨＴ转换率非常显著低于对照组。经多元逐步回归分析表明：ＮＥ、ＤＡ、５－ＨＩＡＡ对儿童智力影响较大。提示上述物质可能是ＭＲ儿童行为、智力降低的物质基础，若改变体内这些物质含量水平，可能是促进患儿康复的一个有效途径。

| Abstract: | t In this article six neuro-biochemical indexes in serums of 51 MR and 101 normal children were analysed and the relation with the IQ was studied.The results shwed the contents of NE,DA,5-HT and 5-HIAA,the activity of ChE and the tunning rate of 5-HT in MR group were very markedly lower than those in the normal(P<0.01).The content of HA was also lower than that in the normal,(P<0.05).Multiplex analysis of the indexes of normal revealed that 3 factors(NE, DA,5-HIAA)produced bigger effects on children intelligence,suggesting that the preceding reduction was material bases for decrease of children's behaviors and their intelligence. |
