| 摘 要： | 目的：为研究开发青海地区生长的中藏药，拟组成治疗脾虚腹泻的新方剂。方法：用泻下药造成脾虚腹泻的小鼠动物模型后，用中藏药新方邦然姆散小剂量、大剂量及西药肠复康治疗作对照，观察指标为体重变化情况及大便次数等。结果：邦然姆散对小鼠脾虚腹泻有明显的治疗作用（Ｐ〈０．０５，〈０．０１）。结论：中藏药新方邦然姆散具有健脾止泻的作用。

| Abstract: | The purpose of the research:to deleop a new recipe composed of both traditional Chinese medicine andTibetan nledicinal herbs growing in Qinghai to treat diarrhea due to spleen-asthenia,The method used:after making amedel of diarrhea due to spleen-asthenia of mice by purgative, use separately both small dose and large dose of Ban-granmu Powder(a new recipe composed of traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine)and Tab Comfort Gut(Western medicine )to treat the diarrhea due to spleen-asthenia of mice,observe the variations of weight and the timesnumber of defecation of the mice,and compare them with the group without taking the medicine. The result:Bangran-mu Powder has a marked curativeffcct upon the diarrhca due to spleen-asthcnia of micc (P<0. 05 and <0. 01 respec-tively). The conclusion: bengranmu Powder has an effect of invigorating the spleen and stopping diarrhea. |
