病毒性心肌炎小鼠P物质和降钙素基因相关肽的表达和意义

目的:探讨P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的表达在病毒性心肌炎中的作用。方法:雄性BalB/c小鼠随机分为柯萨奇病毒B3(CVB3)感染组和对照组,免疫组化SP法检测心肌组织中SP和CGRP的表达。结果:感染组小鼠心肌组织中SP、CGRP的表达均较对照组明显增强(P<0.05),14 d达高峰,阳性信号指数分别为(39.90±2.76)和(22.08±1.06),且与心肌病变呈正相关;感染组小鼠SP的表达与CGRP的表达呈正相关(r=0.957,P<0.05)。结论:病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌组织SP和CGRP水平的增高,提示SP和CGRP可能参与了病毒性心肌炎的病理生理学变化。

Expression and Significance of Substance P and Calcitonin Gene-related Peptide in Mice with Viral Myocarditis

Objective: To investigate the effect of the expression of substance P and calcitonin gene-related peptide in mice with viral myocarditis.Methods: Forty male BalB/c mice were randomly divided into two groups as the Coxsackievirus B3 infected group and control group.They were killed on day 7,14 and 21 respectively.The immunohistochemical studies and medical image analysis were performed to evaluate the expression of substance P(SP) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in myocardial tissue.Results: The significant up-regulation of SP and CGRP expression was observed in the myocardial tissue of infected mice compared with control group(P<0.01),peaked on day 14,and the positive signal indexes were(39.90±2.76) and(22.08±1.06) respectively.Furthermore,the expression of SP and CGRP was correlated positively with myocardial lesion;The expression level of SP was positively correlated with CGRP expression in the infected group(r=0.957,P<0.05).Conclusion: The increased expression of SP and CGRP in the myocardium of infected mice is related to the process of viral myocarditis,which implies that SP and CGRP might participate in the pathophysiological changes of viral myocarditis.
