视力症状对多发性硬化和视神经脊髓炎的鉴别价值

摘 要: 【目的】 比较多发性硬化(MS)和视神经脊髓炎(NMO)患者视神经炎(ON)的临床表现,探讨视力症状对两种疾病的鉴别诊断价值?【方法】 回顾性分析92名MS和57名NMO患者的临床表现,重点比较两组患者ON的症状并与NMO-IgG检测结果进行关联性分析? 【结果】 NMO较MS患者以ON为首发症状更为多见(66.67% vs 17.39%,P < 0.001),双眼受累多见(80.70% vs 21.74%,P < 0.001),视力重度受损(视力 < 0.1)的比率高(43.69% vs 4.05%,P = 0.001)?【结论】 NMO患者ON的出现率明显高于MS患者,更严重的视力下降和更多的累及双眼是其突出特点,对二者的鉴别诊断具有一定的价值?

Differential Diagnosis Value of Visual Symptoms in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuromyelitis Optica Patients

Abstract: 【Objective】 To compare the clinical features of optic neuritis (ON) in multiple sclerosis (MS) and neuromyelitis optica (NMO) patients, and discuss the value of the ON in the differential diagnosis of these two diseases. 【Methods】 The clinical features of ON in 92 MS and 57 NMO patients were retrospective analyzed. 【Results】 Compared with MS, NMO patients showed a higher frequency to have ON as the onset symptom(66.67% vs 17.39%, P < 0.001), and higher frequency of two eyes involved(80.70% vs 21.74%, P < 0.001), and the vision impairment were severer. 【Conclusion】 The clinical features of ON was helpful in the differential diagnosis of NMO and MS patients.
