摘    要:
目的通过调研分析康复工程行业发展现状,明确康复工程技术专业人才培养目标与定位,为专业建设各项工作的开展奠定基础。方法采用问卷、座谈、文献检索等方法,针对国内开展康复辅具服务的医院、公司、行业协会及同类院校展开调研工作。结果康复工程行业发展正面临难得的发展机遇,康复工程技术专业人才需求旺盛,主要集中在假肢师、矫形器师和技术支持等岗位。结论康复工程技术专业发展前景广阔,在坚持标准与规范的基础上,应根据不同职业岗位有针对性地培养人才。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate and analyze the present situation and needs of the rehabilitation engineering profession. Methods It was investigated with questionnaire, interview to the hospitals and companies with or for assistive devices services, industry association and similar institutions, etc. The literatures were also reviewed. Results The industry of rehabilitation engineering is facing opportunities for development, and need a mass of professions of rehabilitation engineering technology, especially those of prosthetist, orthotist and technical support, etc. Conclusion The rehabilitation engineering technology is developing widely. The courses should be reformed to meet the differentneeds based on the standards and specifications.
