| 摘 要： | 目的：分析子宫输卵管碘油造影在输卵管性不孕症中的诊断价值。方法：选取2007～2009年在我院妇产科住院手术治疗的103例不孕症患者为研究对象,以腹腔镜下通液法为诊断的＂金标准＂,评价子宫输卵管碘油造影在诊断输卵管性不孕症的敏感度和特异度。结果：与腹腔镜下通液相比,子宫输卵管碘油造影检查的准确度为80.0%,敏感度为95.5%,特异度为47.6%。结论：子宫输卵管碘油造影是诊断输卵管性不孕症的一种较好的筛查方法,应被广泛使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of hysterosalpingography（HSG） for tubal infertility.Methods：103 patients sufferring from tubal infertility were examined by hysterosalpingography,Compared the sensitivity and specificity with the group of hydrotubation under laparoscopy the year from 2007 to 2009.Results：The degree of accurancy,sensitivity and specificity of hysterosalpingography was 80.0%,95.5%,47.6%.Conclusion：Hyterosalpingography is a good choice for tubal infertility patients before operation. |
