医护人员自我防护意识调查及对策

目的 了解我科66名医护人员对自我防范意识的认识。方法 采用问卷调查方式，调查医护人员日常工作中采用的自我防护措施。结果 医护人员临床医疗过程中自我防护，正确率最高是医护人员在被锐器伤后，能及时采取自我保护措施为100％；正确率最低是医护人员对由血源传播的疾病的认识为48．38％。结论 加强医护人员职业安全教育，提高自我防护意识，是有效降低职业感染率最有效的措施。

Self-protection Sense and Preventive Measure among Doctors and Nurses: A Survey

OBJECTIVE To understand the sense of self-protection and self-preventive measure among 66 surgical staff of our department. METHODS By filling the questionnaire forms, the self-protective measures taken in daily work were collected and analyzed. RESULTS The self-protective measures taken during clinical practice were variable. The correct rate of self-protective measure was the highest in managing sharp instrument damage, it was 100%, and the lowest in prevention of blood transmitting disease, it was 48.38%. CONCLUSIONS To stress the importance of professional safety education and sense of self-protection is an effective way of lowering job-related infection rate.
