摘    要:目的:探讨夜热清颗粒中牡丹皮的提取工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取牡丹皮中挥发性成分,剩余药渣用水煎,分别以丹皮酚的提取量为指标,采用正交试验法筛选牡丹皮的提取工艺;以芍药苷转移率为指标筛选水提工艺。结果:优选的工艺条件为牡丹皮加12倍量水浸泡3h,水蒸气蒸馏收集9倍量蒸馏液。丹皮酚的平均提取率为87.9%;药渣加入5倍量水煎煮2h。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective:To obtain the best condition for extracting Cortex Moutan in the Yereqing Granules.Methods:Paeonol was extracted from Cortex Moutan by steam distillation.The extraction technology was optimized using orthogonal design.And the radix was extracted with water while paeoniflorin content was determined to screen the decoction condition.Results:The optimized extraction condition was as follows:Cortex Moutan was extracted instinctively by steam distillation with the extraction rate was 87.9%.The radix was decocted for 2 hours with 5 times amount of water.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is stable and highly efficient.
