抚触按摩对42天婴儿体格和行为发育的影响

目的 探讨抚触按摩对42天婴儿体格发育和神经行为发育的影响,为开展0～3岁儿童早期教育提供参考依据.方法 将实验对象随机分为试验组和对照组,实验组从出生第一天开始接受抚触按摩,两组婴儿42天复查时分别进行体格发育测查和行为发育测试.结果 试验组婴儿42天时体重、身长及较出生时的增长值均高于对照组,差异显著(P＜0.05);行为发育测试,试验组婴儿在俯卧抬头、对测试者微笑、发音方面明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 抚触按摩能够促进婴儿的体格发育和脑神经系统及行为发育.

Influence of touching and massage on physical growth and behavioral development of infants aged 42 days old

Objective To investigate influence of touching and massage on physical growth and neurobehavioral development of infants aged 42 days old,so as to provide reference for performing early education for children aged 0 to 3 years old.Methods The infants were divided into two groups randomly: experimental group and control group.The infants in the experimental group received touching and soft skin massage since the first day after birth,while the infants in the control group didn't receive any intervention.42 days later,all infants in the two groups were examined for physical growth and behavioral development.Results The increments in length and weight of infants in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group and there were significant differences between the two groups(both P<0.05).In behavioral development such as raising their head at prone position,smile to the examiner and vocalization,the infants in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Touching and skin massage can accelerate infants' physical growth and neurobehavioral development.
