孕妇应对方式与心理健康状况的相关性研究

目的探讨孕妇的应对方式、心理健康状况以及两者的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和解亚宁编制的简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)对280例孕妇进行问卷调查。结果(1)孕妇的积极应对水平与消极应对水平均比常模低;(2)孕妇的SCL-90总分和各因子分均显著高于常模。经比较,除人际关系外,其余各因子分和总分均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)消极应对方式与SCL-90总均分及10个因子得分均呈显著的正相关(P<0.01);(4)消极应对方式与心理健康有密切关系,尤其是以下4种应对方式对孕妇的心理健康产生较大的消极影响,分别是通过抽烟、喝酒、服药、吃东西来解除烦恼,依靠别人解决问题,认为时间会改变现状,唯一要做的便是等待,幻想可能会发生某种奇迹改变现状。结论孕妇的心理健康状况明显低于一般人群,消极应对方式是影响她们心理健康水平的重要因素。

Study on Relationship between Coping Style and Mental Health Status of Pregnant Women

Objective To explore the relationship between coping style and mental health status of pregnant women.Methods SCL-90 and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ) by Xie Ya-ning were used to investigate the coping styles and mental health status among 280 pregnant women.Results(1)The pregnant women scored lower than the norm in the passive coping style and active coping style.(2)The total score and the scores of the respective factors of SCL-90 were all higher than norms.By comparison,there were significant differences in the total score and the scores of the factors except the factor of interpersonal communication(P<0.05).(3)The average score in SCL-90 and passive coping style were highly related in a positive way(P<0.05).(4)The passive coping style was closely related to the mental health,including smoking,drinking,eating,depending on others,illusions,waiting for miracles and so on.Conclusion The mental health status of the pregnant women is lower than that of normal group and the passive coping style is an important factor influencing their mental health.
