改良空肠间Roux-en-Y置代胃术在全胃切除术中的应用意义

目的探讨改良空肠间置代胃术在全胃切除术中的临床效果及应用意义。方法将80例胃癌全胃切除术患者随机分为对照组40例（空肠间置Roux-en-Y代胃术）、观察组40例（改良空肠间置Roux-en-Y代胃术）,对照两组术后半年血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白水平、及腹泻、倾倒综合征、反流性食管炎发病率比较。结果两组术后半年血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白水平比较（t=5.11、5.34、5.66,P〈0.05,具有显著性差异）;腹泻、倾倒综合征、反流性食管炎发病率比较（χ2=5.21、5.22、5.34,P〈0.05,具有显著性差异）。结论改良空肠间置代胃术在全胃切除术中较空肠间置代胃术并发症少,效果显著。

Modified jejunal interposition between the generation of Roux-en-Y gastric cancer after total gastrectomy and application significance

Objective To study the modified jejunal interposition after total gastrectomy gastric surgery clinical effect and significance of application.Methods 80 cases of total gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into 40 cases in the control group（Roux-en-Y for gastric and jejunal interposition surgery）,40 cases in observation group（modified jejunal interposition for gastric cancer Roux-en-Y generation）,control group two after half a year to hemoglobin,total protein,albumin level,and diarrhea,dumping syndrome,reflux esophagitis incidence compared.Results The two groups after half a year to hemoglobin,total protein,albumin levels compared to（t=5.11,5.34,5.66,P0.05,with significant difference）;diarrhea,dumping syndrome,morbidity of reflux esophagitis（χ2=5.21 comparison,5.22,5.34,P0.05,with significant difference）.Conclusion The modified jejunal interposition after total gastrectomy for gastric cancer with jejunal interposition for gastric cancer with less complications and obvious effect.
