C反应蛋白、白细胞计数和降钙素原在严重脓毒症患者中的诊断价值

目的探讨C反应蛋白、白细胞计数和降钙素原在脓毒症的诊断价值。方法选取本院ICU病房脓毒症患者60例,分为脓毒症组28例和严重脓毒症组32例两组,所有患者均入院24h内进行CRP、WBC和PCT检测并进行比较。结果严重脓毒症组PCT含量比脓毒症组明显增高,三项炎症指标在严重脓毒症组中的水平均高于脓毒症组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 WBC计数及分类、CRP、PCT联合检测,在脓毒症的早期诊断,病情严重程度,进展评价以及疗效预后判断上有着很大的应用价值。

The diagnosis value of C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and procalcitonin in severe sepsis

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and procalcitonin in sepsis.Methods 60 serum samples from patients with sepsis were divided into 2 groups,one including 28 cases（sepsis group）,the other including 32 cases（severe sepsis group）,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and procalcitonin were detected and compared in 60 cases in 24 hours after being hospitalized.Results The levels of PCT in severe sepsis group were significantly higher than in sepsis group,The levels of three Indicators of inflammation in severe sepsis group were significantly higher than in sepsis group,there were statistical differences among two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The joint detection of C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and procalcitonin is an important index for early diagnosis of sepsis,for assessment of severity of disease,and for assessment of progress and prognosis of disease.
