血管紧张素转换酶和载脂蛋白E基因多态性与脑梗塞的关系

目的：探讨血管紧张素转换酶（ACE）基因插入／缺失（I／D）和载脂蛋白E（apoE)外显子4基因多态性与湖北汉族人脑梗塞的关系，方法：分析采用PCR和PCR结合限制性片段长度多态性方法分别检测ACE和apoE基因多态性。结果：脑梗塞ACE基因DD基因频率0．293及D等位基因频率0．569均显著高于对照组的0．134和0．390（P＜0．01），脑梗塞apoE外显子4基因多态性与正常对照组比无显著性差异，结论：ACE基因缺失型可能是汉族人脑梗塞的遗传危险因素，未发现apoE外显子4基因多态性与脑梗塞之间存在相关关系。

Polymorphism of the angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE) and apolipoprotein exon 4 gene in patients of cererbal infarction

Objective To study the re la tionship between cerebral infarction and the insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphi sm in intron 16 of the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and a polymorphism i n exon 4 of the apolipoprotein E (apoE) gene in Han Chinese.Methods ACE genotypes were performed with polymerase chain r eaction(PCR) in 82 healthy controls and 58 patients of cerebral infarction. The polymorphism of apoE exon 4 in a Han Chinese population was analyzed with PCR an d restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results No differences in polymorphism of apoE exon 4 could be detected between th e patients of cerebral infarction and the controls. However, the frequencies of DD genotype and deletion allele in patients of cerebral infarction (0.293, 0.569 respectively) were obviously higher than those in controls (0.134, 0.39 respect ively). And there was a significant decline in the frequencies of the ACE I alle le in the patients of cerebral infarction.Conclusions Ou r observations demonstrate the polymorphism of ACE gene, but not apoE gene, has a significant relationship with the cerebra l infarction in Han Chinese population.
