| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瘢痕核摘除术结合^90Sr-^90Y敷贴器放射治疗耳部瘢痕疙瘩的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析自2007年1月至2010年2月收治的59例耳部瘢痕疙瘩患者,采用保留瘢痕皮肤的核摘除,并于术后结合帅^90Sr-^90Y敷贴器放射治疗1～2个疗程（1个疗程吸收剂量20～30Gy）,观察并分析术后疗效。结果本组59例患者（64处瘢痕疙瘩）,经1～3年随访,治愈者53例（89．8％）,显效者6例（10．2％）。结论核摘除术结合^90Sr-^90Y敷贴器放射治疗耳部瘢痕疙瘩安全,高效,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect and method of core excision and ^90Sr-^90Y local irradiation for the treatment of ear keloid. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 59 patients with ear keloids received from January 2007 to February 2010. ^90Sr-^90Y local irradiation was carried out for 1 to 2 treatment courses （20 to 30 Gy for each course） after core excision in all cases, and the curative effects were observed and analyzed. Results After 1 to 3 years follow-up in totally 59 cases （64 keloids）, excellent results were received in 53 cases （89.8%） and effective in 6 cases （ 10.2% ）. Conclusion It is a safe and optimal method of core excision and ^90Sr-^90Y local irradiation for the treatment of ear keloid. It worth spreading in clinic. |
