| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET）后妇女的妊娠结局.方法 采用回顾性分析方法,对我院产科就诊的IVF-ET后妊娠妇女135例（观察组）与同期200例自然妊娠妇女（对照组）的产科结局及围产儿结局进行比较.结果 观察组流产率为24.4%,异位妊娠发生率为8.9%,多胎发生率为37.8%,早产发生率为26.7%,低出生体重儿发生率为26.6%,妊娠期高血压疾病发生率为17.8%,剖宫产率为87.8%,围产儿死亡率为2.4%.对照组分别为11%,1.5%,0.0%,2.8%,2.24%,6.74%,38.7%,0.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 IVF-ET后妊娠妇女的产科并发症明显增多,围产儿预后差.

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the outcome of pregnancy on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF-ET）. Methods： This study compared the outcome of 135 cases of IVF-ET pregnancy with 200 natural pregnancies as the control group. Results： There were24.4% （33/135）abortion, 8.9% （12/135）ectopic pregnancy, 37.8% （34/90）multiple pregnancy, 26.7% （24/90） premature birth, 26.6% （33/124） low birth weight, 17.8% （16/90） pregnancy induced hypertension, 87.8% （79/90） cesarean section rate and 2.4% （3/90） perinatal mortality in the IVF-ET group. However, these data in the control group were 11% （22/200）, 1.5% （3/200）, 0.0% （0/200）, 2.8% （5/178）, 2.24% （4/178）, 6.74% （ 12/178）, 38.7% （69/178）, and O. 6% （1/178） respectively. Conclusion： The incidence of obstetrical complications is significantly high and prognosis of the perinatal is poor in IVF-ET pregnancy. |
