| 摘 要： | 目的:分析椎弓根钉内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析椎弓根钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的57例患者,比较不同术式患者术前、术后、随访中的临床表现差异。结果:AF组脊柱骨折后凸畸形的矫正度、矫正角度丢失情况显著优于其他两组(P<0.01)。神经功能恢复情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:AF椎弓根内固定系统是治疗胸腰段骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyzed the clinical curative effect of patients who underwent Pedicle-screw fixation of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 57 cases of thoracolumbar fracture patients treat with pedicle screw system,to compare the results of pediclescrew fixation with three types of pedicle-screw fixations.Results The protrusion deformity correction degrees and Cobb angle correction of the AF group was significantly better than the other groups(P<0.01).There was no significant differences between the 3 groups in functional recovery of spinal cord(P>0.05).Conclusion AF pedicle screw instrumentation was one device for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. |
