| 摘 要： | 建立与经济快速发展相适应的新型人才培养模式,已成为当前高职教育发展迫切需要解决的问题。本 文通过从实践中积累的经验指出,以市场为导向,以现代整合能力为中心,以培养综合高级技术应用型人才 为目标,进行专业建设和课程体系建设,并依次开展教学和实践活动,是新形势下创新人才培养模式的有效 途径。

| Abstract: | Building up a new-typed talents' training pattern matched with the rapid economic development has become a currently burning issue. Based on all the experiences from the author, as has been pointed out in the paper, to take the market as the guide, the modern integrity ability as the centre and the hi-skilled talents as the target, higher vocational education will come to find an effective approach to the persisting development. |
