心脑宁胶囊佐治合并微量白蛋白尿的老年性高血压疗效观察

摘    要:
目的:观察心脑宁胶囊对合并微量白蛋白尿的老年性高血压患者血压达标及蛋白尿改善情况。方法60例合并微量白蛋白尿的老年性高血压患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,对照组给予左旋氨氯地平和贝那普利口服;治疗组在上述治疗基础上给予心脑宁胶囊(贵州安泰药业)2粒,3次/d,口服,疗程3个月。结果治疗后两组血压及微量白蛋白尿均较前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组比对照组降低更明显(P<0.05),无不良反应发生。结论有效降压是减少高血压患者尿白蛋白排出的关键,其中治疗组减少尿白蛋白有高于对照组的趋势。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of Xinnaoning capsule on blood pressure and urinary albumin excretion in patients with hypertension and microalbuminuria. Methods Sixty senile patients with hypertensive and microalbuminuria were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and the treatment group (n=30). Patients in the control group were given levamlodipine and Benazepril. Patients in the treatment group were treated by Xinnaoning capsule 3 Caplets, oral, three times a day, for 3 months. Results After treatment, blood pressure and microalbuminuria of the two groups were decreased obviously (P< 0.05), and those patients in the early treatment group reduced more significantly than those of the control group (P<0.05), no adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Effective antihypertensive therapy is the key for decreasing urinary albumin excretion in hypertensive patients. Compared with the control group, the treatment regimens of the treatment group appears to be better in reducing urinary albumin level.
